Can anyone identify the rifle?

please remove if not allowed. i cant see a charging handle on it and the style of the stock sort of looks like an air rifle but this person has posted other firearms including a NAA .22 revolver and a CA AK pistol so im leaning towards real gun

[Chinese > English] what does the side of this building say?

image is blurry, second image is my attempt to recreate the characters. AI said "professional/specialized, minimalist, and ideal" but the characters it provided alongside those definitions did not match what it looks like to me. most likely a secondary/vocational school is my thinking currently
