Hair help!!

Hi friends. Veryyyyy low porosity dry, frizzy hair. This is with NYM gel and L’Oréal leave in conditioner scrunched in, air dried. It’s SO frizzy, dry, and staticky. I need major help. Using verb ghost oil hydrating shampoo. Thank you!

Anything from my late dog, Moby? Passed for just about 6 years.

He felt like my soul outside of my body, I miss him so much. He was only 3 when he passed from a degenerative brain condition. I hope he knows how much I love him and think about him, still.

Help! Dry, fluffy, fine hair that will not moisturize.

Helpppppp!!

I have mid back length, really fine, extremely fluffy hair. I don’t know how else to describe it except for fluffy. Damages quick, desperately needs moisture, but all oils just sit right on top and don’t soak in. Like it’ll be staticky but greasy from oils at the same time. Does anyone have any ideas? I’m at my wits end! It’s like I need something to moisturize it internally. It’s better if I blow dry instead of air dry, but either way it’s fluffy and extremely staticky, but gets oily fast at my roots.

Current routine-
Switching between garnier grow strong and Arbonne shampoo/conditioner. Always shampoo twice and let the conditioner sit, and rinse out thoroughly. I’ve tried amika hydrating and normcore, redken grow strong, and the purple L’Oréal shampoo.
Always oil mid to ends after a shower and sometimes use the L’Oréal dream cuts leave in conditioner. Sometimes it feels marginally better with leave in conditioner sometimes feels worse.
I have hard water and use Malibu hard water shampoo once a week. I also use the quai detox shampoo ones a week to remove any potential buildup.
I sleep on silk, hair in a loose pony tail on top of my head with a silk scrunchie, use a humidifier at work, genuinely desperate for a solution here even my hair dresser has no idea. I’ve tried a curly routine it still feels really weird and not hydrated.
