Hey y’all just wanted to say that I figured out a way out of delusions that works for me:

I Imagine myself asking the person I’m paranoid about if what I’m believing is true

I live in a gated community now and I figured out living here long enough that they do maintenance on Fridays. In my old neighborhood, they went nuts all the time. Always mowing their lawns at random times of the day. I couldn’t stand it. And to top it off, i had a neighbor that would lock his car door multiple times. It was insane because he was copying me now. Idk.
