Continue to make some good progress
I am now down to 210 pounds this morning. Over the past month, I've lost about 8 pounds. My goal was to be to 208 when we leave for vacation in 4 weeks. I was at 235 when I first made my appearance in SWO, so I am pretty thrilled with how I've been doing.
