I'm on the reunion episode / live show of 23, South Pacific. Someone online mentioned that Survivor has a "religious cult" season, and I thought that would be an interesting way to start the series.

Some simple questions I have as a new viewer:

1. Has the show always been so focused on competitions, or are there seasons with more emphasis on living together in the wild?

2. When they get to LA for the vote results, how much time has passed? Is the show already airing by then, or are the contestants (except for returnees) completely new to the live audience?

3. Where does the jury go when they're voted out and have to come back for the vote each night?

4. Keith and Whitney fell in love this season and are still together today. How many long-term relationships have started on the show?

5. What does "throw the rocks" mean?

I've tried Black Hat. I've tried Semtex and Molotov. I've tried death machine. It seems no matter what I do, the guys inside the vehicle die before the vehicle explodes, and the mission isn't completed. What did you guys do that I haven't tried yet?

Sorry this is off-topic, but there's no good place to ask. I've been trying to update my pfp since March. I've tried on the mobile app and on desktop. Every time I do, it says the new photo is saved, but it isn't. Only I can see it on my profile. On my videos, I see the old one. When I visit the profile in incognito mode, I can see that my pfp is still the old one for everyone else, too. Has anyone else run into this or found a solution?

A Texas company wants three new data centers approved by the Pataskala Planning & Zoning Commission. Candidates for U.S. Congress and the Ohio Statehouse will join protesters outside the commission's meeting on Wednesday to rally against the new centers. The meeting begins at 6:30 but protesters will start showing up around 5pm.

Heard about this from a friend so not clear on whether the data centers were already approved or not.

There are a few reasons I can't relate to gay dating culture or hookup culture (and I may ask questions about the others later), but the biggest problem I have is that I don't see someone I'm attracted to and think "I'd sleep with them."

Instead, if I'm attracted to someone, I'm instantly emotionally attached. I want to have sex with them, sure, but even more than that I want to be around them, hold them, take care of them, nurture and love them, just an all-encompassing "be with them." This is how my brain works on apps, in person, even with random actors or influencers on the internet.

I have a theory about why this is that I can share in the comments if anyone cares, but my question today is this: Is it just me? Am I weird? And if anyone shares this experience, how do you deal with those feelings when most guys are just looking for a one-night thing?
