F/31/5’4 [215>140 = 75lbs] (18 months) Postpartum progress |Pregnancy is a wild ride

I gained a lot in pregnancy and the scale just kept going up. One of my favorite moments was in month 9 stepping on the scale and it saying 90 something and the nurse saying “that’s in kilograms btw” lolll I very much did not believe I was under 100 pounds. Anyways, breastfeeding and chasing around a baby definitely help. Trying to stay active and also focus on building muscle and building back my core have been huge priorities. It took postpartum for me to realize I don’t think I ever was doing ab exercises correctly and engaging my transverse abdominals. Anyways if anyone is currently in weeks 35-40 of pregnancy and feeling real swollen, I promise it will go down!!

[Routine Help] Getting my skin to be less congested/reactive 31F

Current Routine:
AM:
Prequel cleanser
Byoma milky toner
Good molecules hyaluronic acid
good molecules peptides
Byoma gel moisturizer
Biore UV aqua rich SPF 50

PM:
Banila clean it zero cleansing balm
Prequel cleanser
Tretinoin 0.05% (have been eye issues with this, not sure what to do)
Estée Lauder advanced night repair eye cream
Byoma barrier repair
Sometimes a layer of Aquaphor

I do microdermabrasion probably every two weeks. I also use the Pacifica AHA pads a few times a week.
Also taking spironolactone 25 mg.

So trying to figure out why my skin always feels “bad”. It’s not that I have cystic acne or am covered in breakouts, but it feels like every pore on my face is always clogged. Not active pimples but if I squeeze white gunk will come out. Not necessarily even sebaceous filaments either, sometimes a tiny bump unleashes what looks like silly string (so gross im sorry). Anyways, I also feel like my skin is so reactive. New sunscreen? Breakout. Any makeup at all? Breakout. Chapstick? Breakout.

Not sure what my course of action is. I was on accutane when I was 16 and it was lowk awesome. To actually have no active situations. I can’t decide if another course is inevitable or what.

Is my fupa part of my being now?

I’m almost 18 months post c-section and overall my body did a great job recovering. I’m feeling really good. However I am immediately self-conscious/bummed out when I look at how far my mons pubis sticks out now. I’m not sure if the incision/pulling to close just exacerbated a fatty area, but I feel like it looks SO bad now. I am back at pre-pregnancy weight and although I hold weight in my stomach I don’t really want to lose more nor do I think it would change this.

Is there anything that can be done about this?
