Hi, I am trying to run Youtube Ads campaigns for a legal client. These are lead gen campaigns. I have the videos and everything.

The client is a Real estate lawyer firm in a Latin American country I build two audiences with keywords that people would search, build some videos as ads and put together the campaigns but none of them is getting impressions.

The set up

I open a campaign with conversions objective and the algorithm put me in demand campaign automatically. But I am only interested in youtube so I have blocked different things trying that it don't send me junk traffic.

For example I have youtube shorts, maps, display and all other that is not normal youtube ads blocked. I have all type of mobile apps blocked plus TVs and Tablets.

An issue that I see is that the audiences even if when i build them it was showing 1-5 million in the US for example and other audience was in the hundreds od views in the latam country when i put in the campaign it says 30k and 50k impressions. I try to set a daily budget of $30 to $40 daily and set up the goal as conversions that I have in the account such as form fill, live chat etc. No impressions. Change to clicks no impressions.

This is an account where I run search campaigns in it and has history of conversions. But we don't spend a lot around $2500-$3000 month and we run campaigns in the US and generate leads. We try now to use Youtube but it has been proving to be a challenge to even got impressions.

My thesis is that I probably need a giant audience in terms of impressions or a big budget to see if in this way but this is a high ticket service to check real estate properties before buy so a giant audience probably bring me junk traffic.

One of my audiences with 1-5 million impressions reflect the demographics of age well for example.

Something that I have not try yet is delete these campaigns and launch them on video target CPV only. Probably works but then I will not be able to optimize for conversions. It's that difficult to test campaigns on youtube now with this thing of demand campaigns? What you do in these cases it has been a week with this.

Hi, as you know today there are many digital businesses where you can run it from anywhere in the world because everything happens online.

I have a business that operate this way and plan to open an LLC in Wyoming but I am non US resident and live outside the US.

The issue with address as I know is more with banks because they don't allow you to use your registered agent address and looks like don't accept virtual office address too.

I have seen services that provide you with an address with lease but charge from $100 to $250 monthly for that.

So my question is, in your experience there are other solutions to this?

Where you have get the address that you currently use in case your business don't have a physical office?

You have any issues with opening bank accounts for your LLC. What you recommend?

I have been working PPC since around 2019 mostly in house in the legal niche from a latam country. I have do other areas of digital marketing too and work with other firms in different countries plus some work for agencies through platforms like upwork etc.

I always think on expand and get more clients but don't know much about how to prospect or how other specialists are getting clients remote for example or if you are all working with agencies only. I have think on run ads to try this but as I am in Latam I also think I am in serious disadvantage so clients probably will want to pay peanuts automatically and not equally to the value generated or even with a discount but not that deep compared to real market prices.

These days all of what you see of companies looking for jobs are roles like AI engineer, GTM etc plus when I start less people was expert in this now it seems there are a lot of people who know Google ads. How do you feel the market these days?

I have other skills and have been combining for client work etc but sometimes I feel demand for PPC specially for specialists outside the US is not there.

El presidente Mulino ha dicho recientemente sobre su intención de hacer una constituyente en 2027 con el foco en reducir el estado asi como eficientizarlo con el fin de que las finanzas de Panama sean sostenibles a largo plazo.

Hasta donde se se buscan cosas como Reorganizar la Justicia y que sea mas independiente de la política, restructurar y reducir la Asamblea Nacional asi ministerios y burocracia, establecer la imprescriptibilidad de ciertos delitos de corrupcion entre otras cosas.

Personalmente me gusta la idea aunque habria que ver los detalles al final de lo que propongan. Pero entiendo que si se reduce el estado, botellas, corrupcion y demas Panama podria equilibrar su presupuesto, no emitir deuda pública etc.

Que opinan ustedes de esta posibilidad?

Como extranjero veo a panama con enormes ventajas sobre casi cualquier pais de latam y incluso del mundo en cosas como prestamos baratos, poca inflacion, impuestos bajos, encuentras de todo etc. Pero aveces veo a panameños en las redes diciendo que Panama esta mal, se que hay cosas alli que no son muy positivas digamos asi pero comparado con LATAM e incluso Europa como ustedes calificarían a su propio pais Panama?

EDIT: Ok, en muchas respuestas que el principal problema que perciben es el salario y el coste de vida. Entiendo que esto es válido aunque diría que ese es un problema en todo LATAM.

Yo en mi pais (estoy en LATAM) trabajo online y doy servicios de tecnología y marketing a extranjeros. De esa forma solucione un poco el tema de los bajos salarios en mi pais y veo que Panama en ese sentido esta mejor que mi pais con casi nada de impuestos, prestamos baratos (en mi pais te cobran un 60% en tarjetas de crédito etc. Pero entiendo ese asunto de los salarios y el costo de vida que es ahora creo yo mas caro que en muchos paises de latam.
