I truly have no idea what to say about this. Found it in r/countwithchickenlady

Single type Pokémon have a huge drawback of only have one move type being STAB boosted, and that makes no sense. Most single type Pokémon already have less move variety than dual type pokemon on average, and the only good thing about being a single type is maybe better defensive prowess. This item is to give single type offensive Pokémon like Darkrai and Kyogre some more damage output without choice items/LO drawback.

When this says “Any 2 Herba Mystica” except Sweet + Sour”does that mean the combination of those 2 Herba Mystica or does it mean their inclusion in the sandwich at all? Any help is greatly appreciated!
