Sunset Guinness, brushing enough fur off Whiskey to make a second dog. 🍺🐶
This was meant to be added to my pics of my earlier post featuring Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish gin.
It failed to send this along with the others.
Sunset cocktail tonight featuring Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, lemonade, a splash of Grand Marnier, tiki bitters, and just enough orgeat to round everything out.
Bright citrus up front, a little spice on the finish, and dangerously smooth for sitting outside while Whiskey patrols the yard.
This one may need a proper name.
What would you call it?

Sometimes the best cocktails happen when you just start grabbing bottles and see where the night takes you.
Tonight's experiment featured Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, a splash of Grand Marnier, fresh lemon, and a little improvisation. The result? Bright, citrusy, incredibly smooth, and dangerously easy to drink.
Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin continues to impress me—complex, refreshing, and versatile enough to elevate just about any cocktail.
