Anybody on here who dash and is on disability how does that work?

It is halfway up but anytime you try to do anything on it as soon as you click it says context, customer support or Chatwick customer support so it’s not fully working yet😩😤😢😣

So I been dashing for about 3 weeks and my shopping rating was perfect today I get a order for some pampers size 6 The store didn’t have any so I took the picture of the empty shelf and the app sent me a different card I could substituted with, but that was also not in the store so I took a picture of that empty shelf and they acting like it’s my fault because my score went down. Is this something that normally happens?
