Narrow heel and not too tight on top?

tl;dr: I have wide toes, a very narrow heel, and a medical issue triggered by too much pressure on the top of the foot

I've always had trouble finding shoes because my feet are wide at the toe but my heel is so narrow that I step out of a lot of shoes. I also developed a chronic pain issue in one foot that seems to be triggered by close-toed shoes that are too tight (it goes away in the summer when I wear Tevas every day and comes back in the fall when I go back to Converse/Oxfords). It's somewhat unpredictable but the problem seems to be a combination of being too tight in the toe box as well as putting too much pressure on the top of the foot.

Any brand recommendations that would fit these specs? I wear a women's size 9 but I wear unisex/androgynous-looking shoes. Would also prefer ones that look nice-ish and appropriate for office wear, so either fashion sneakers or leather (real or faux).

ETA approximate measurements: 9.5 cm wide, 24 cm long

Deleted series with several variations on the central HP plot

I'm looking for a series I remember reading on AO3 several years ago. I think it has been deleted because I'm 99% sure I used to have it bookmarked but I'm wondering if anyone has a Wayback Machine link. It had several different fics where each one was a variation on the core story. The first few were about different characters being the chosen one (I'm pretty sure the Hermione one was called "The Brightest Witch of Her Age," the Ron one was something like "The Youngest Son," there was also one about Neville). There were also two where Harry was a girl, one where she was cis and one where she was trans. Then the premises got more creative. I think there was one where Harry died as a baby and the wizarding world had to save itself, and there was one where Petunia divorced Vernon in Harry's childhood and raised Harry and Dudley as proper cousins/stayed involved in his life.

Does anyone recognize this, and know where to find it? I've tried searching for what I remember of the individual fic titles but nothing comes up, and I can't remember the author or series name.

How to proceed after "normal" sleep study with poor sleep efficiency?

For a long time, but especially in the last six months, I (28) have been feeling constantly fatigued during the day. On work days, I feel groggy when I wake up and for a while after waking. I often get so tired during the workday that I lock my office and lie on the floor for 20 minutes, and I usually fall asleep during that time. On weekends, I will sleep for up to 10 hours if I'm not woken up, and I still often take long naps in the afternoon. I often have the impression that my sleep is disturbed/not restful. Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep/falling back to sleep if I wake up, but I feel like my main problem is that the sleep I'm getting isn't "working." I also usually have vivid but kind of boring dreams.

My doctor ordered a home sleep study, which ruled out sleep apnea and didn't recommend any specific treatment/further testing. However, it showed poor sleep efficiency. I haven't heard from my primary care doctor yet about the results, but a specialist I'm seeing for a different issue said that it looked like I have far more deep sleep and far less REM than is normal for my age, but she didn't offer any next steps. I have also tried iron infusions, because I have chronically low iron, but I didn't notice any improvement in my sleep/fatigue following the infusions.

Does this sound like a particular disorder, and what should I be asking for to treat/diagnose it? FWIW I'm somewhat skeptical of the sleep study results because the total time listed in the study is much shorter than the actual time I had it running for, so I think it wasn't recording properly during part of the night.

Indochino suits shrank after dry cleaning - how to proceed?

What it says in the title. The AI bot keeps flagging my question as being too simple for an individual post but it looks like there hasn't been a daily questions thread in a couple weeks. I'm going to put the details in a comment, but tl;dr, I'm wondering if a suit shrinking dramatically is the fault of the dry cleaners or the manufacturers, and also how best to contact Indochino to get replacement trousers (ideally discounted but I doubt they'll be open to that).

Allergy shots triggering eczema?

Has anyone else experienced allergy shots triggering or worsening eczema, and does it ever get better?

Context: I've had terrible pollen, mold, and animal dander allergies since puberty, but my symptoms are generally stuffy/runny nose/sneezing and itchy eyes. A year and a half ago I started having eczema on my eyelids which responds to treatment but keeps coming back. I started allergy shots last fall. At first I wasn't having much of a negative reaction to them but I also haven't noticed any improvement yet. About a month ago, I got my first dose from my red vial, and had an intense hives reaction on my face and body. They bumped my dose back down and I'm now working up again.

Since then, I have felt ambient itchiness all over my body, especially on my face and scalp. My eczema is also flaring on my eyelids (worse than normal), around my ears, and in my crotch area (which never happened before the shots). Outside of these areas, my skin doesn't appear inflamed (either from eczema or hives), it just feels itchy.

My PCP thinks this is because of the allergy shots, and I'm seeing my allergist for a check in soon so I will definitely ask about this. I'm just wondering if this is a known side effect and if other people found it was worth it to just stick out the shots.

Paper Store stock in person vs. website?

Does the in-person stock selection at Paper Store locations tend to be significantly better than what's on the website? I know the website lets you see which stores an item is in stock at, but I'm wondering if there's a decent likelihood of Jellycats not listed on the website at all still being available at physical stores.

(I know this is a very "why don't you go in person instead of asking reddit" question but I don't live near any Paper Stores but will be visiting an area (Massachusetts) with a bunch of them soon)
