How to stop Edge from running in the background after closing it?

So for context, I use Windows 11 and have disabled Edge from starting up automatically upon turning my device on, but I find that when I open Edge and close it, it continues to run in the background and doesn't fully close. When I open task manager, I see it running in the background and consuming computer resources for no reason, and I have to end the task manually to stop it from running in the background. I don't want to do this every time I open and close Edge, so is there a way to completely stop it from running in the background?

Would it be possible for humans to artificially reproduce asexually?

I'm writing a sci-fi story where 1 of the characters was created artificially via parthenogenesis and has a mother but no father. Hypothetically speaking, would this be possible? I've heard that certain genes need to come from the father so it isn't possible to have a virgin birth, but could you potentially get those genes from only the mother?

Sleepy all the time and falling asleep at inconvenient times

I'm always so sleepy and in the daytime, I often fall asleep if I sit still and sometimes I fall asleep while standing. Even after sleeping well, I still get really sleepy and will fall asleep randomly during the daytime. I can even feel myself falling asleep and even notice myself hallucinating and seeing things while it happens. I had this problem in high school where I'd always fall asleep during class even if I tried not to fall asleep, and it stills happens in uni and is really problematic as I have work to do 😭

I'm drowsy all the time and I'm always so tired. And this might seem contradictory, but some nights I can't fall asleep and I'd be awake for a day or two (happens about 1-2 times per month). It's starting to cause lots of problems as I can't function properly like this.

Today I went to my 9 am lecture and around that time, I found that Quercus started working again, and I was able to login on the app on my mobile device. I was redirected to the university's login page and not Canvas and I entered my studentID and password. Shortly after, the website went down again. I've read around afterwards online that you shouldn't try logging in right now, so would my password information be at risk?
