



Hi fellow Seattleites!
I’ve been vegan for around a year and I’ve been struggling with keeping up with the various supplements I need to take to avoid nutritional deficiencies. My insurance covers a number of “nutritional counseling” sessions free of charge, and I was wondering whether this could be a good way of getting some comprehensive help with my diet (making sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need etc).
Has anyone worked with a nutritionist in Seattle that they’ve had a good experience with? Would love to hear your recs.
