Hear me out, please.
I fully get why people sideeye Bollywood. They have absolutely overdone the image management thingy, with you on this. But, don’t you feel like we’re also wiring ourselves to believe it’s all PR? (Ok, I blame the “bolly mafia’s” for this partly too)
Interview? PR. Pap walk? PR. Instagram Story? PR. One emo quote? PR.
I mean, an actor could post, “aaj maine chai pi” and someone would reply “yeh toh beverage PR story hai” 😭
I’m not saying PR is non existent, it obviously does exist. But have we become so conditioned that we diss every single opinion before we even allow it to land right, you know?
It feels like we’ve stopped allowing celebrities to just… be people, be humans. Maybe some statements are image management. Maybe some are legit genuine thoughts. But if we label everything as PR, are we also taking away their voice before they’ve even had one?
I don’t know but it feels like we’re spending more time decoding their “hidden agenda” than actually listening to what’s being said.
Feels like we’re becoming harsher than the industry we’re trying to critique, no? Curious where everyone else stands. Have we become too cynical or is the cynicism fully justified?
Are we falling for their trap that has taken away our sense of understanding about what’s curated and what’s not? Thoughts???
The funniest part is you can actually pinpoint the exact sentence where Bhai went, “Bas, ab bhai likhega” 😭
And that’s exactly where the post comes alive!!!
It reads like he used ChatGPT… but also remembered he has a personality.
I love that he didn’t try to hide it. He just let AI do the heavy lifting and then made sure the heart was still his. He literally owned it!
10/10 use of ChatGPT
11/10 knowing exactly when to stop using ChatGPT
100/10 Bhaijaan Ka Dil ❤️
Whether you like Ananya Panday or not, this is one of THE best and the most honest statements I’ve seen from a Bollywood actor in a very long time. It doesn’t preach, doesn’t perform and doesn’t hide nor is it a calculated risk!!! It simply says what needed to be said! We NEED more of this from Bollywood!!!! Girl, you have my heart ❤️🇮🇳

Rewatched Guru and I’m convinced we’ve collectively downgraded. Abhishek and Aishwarya didn’t just have chemistry they knew how to live their characters. The romance wasn’t built on grand declarations or perfectly curated moments…it unfolded through silences, glances, arguments, ambition and every phase of their journey together. By the end of the film, you weren’t just rooting for them…you believed in them.
Today’s pairings are polished. They look beautiful, the styling is impeccable, the promotions are on point. But Abhishek and Aishwarya were magnetic. Every frame carried emotional weight and their off-screen ease only made the on-screen relationship feel even more lived-in. That’s the difference between a pairing that trends and one that becomes part of Bollywood’s legacy.
We seriously need films and pairings that make us feel this invested again. Guru really was lightning in a bottle ❤️

Okay, this wasn’t on our 2026 Bollywood bingo card!!!
Years after OMG 2 wrapped up its journey Paresh sir has gone on record claiming he and his wife weren’t given film credits or payment. But within no time the producer hit back saying Paresh sir’s credit and even his partner’s credit has always been there in the film and nothing was ever changed.
And that’s not all. Industry circles are also buzzing with claims that a financial settlement had already been worked out before the film went on floors.
After Bhooth Bhangla and Welcome To The Jungle’s massive success with Akshay Kumar the internet did what it always does “started digging.” Fans were quick to revisit film credits and public records and the biggest question everywhere is the same “if this was such a big issue, why is it surfacing only now, years after the film’s release?”
Whatever the truth may be, one thing is certain that netizens don’t let narratives go unquestioned anymore!!! Every new claim (or PR Stunt) is met with screenshots, old interviews and proofs within minutes 🤡
it’s funny how a full reel can go by but the one moment stayed with me was this glimpse of arjun kapoor quietly clicking a photo of mr. boney and anshula at her mehendi.
it’s such a simple moment of a brother clicking his family. it made me think about how unbelievably insensitive the internet has become. you don’t have to like every film an actor does but why has hating one person for no reason become a personality trait???
i think arjun kapoor is one of the strongest people in the industry. while everyone else talks about strength, self development etc on podcasts, this man has actually lives it. years of trolling and constant jokes, unnecessary hate and he still shows up, smiles and supports his family and keeps living his life with his head held high. that’s why this photo hit differently.
i know this is a gossip sub and i love bbng but can we also use this platform to call out unnecessary hate when we see it for such a long time. turning someone into the internet’s punching bag is uncool.
i really hope the admin approves this because i think it’s time we start calling out on this in his case especially just as much as we normalise the rest.
