Are microwaved dinners safe?

As the title says. Are the pre cooked, microwaved dinner/ food packets with veggies safe to eat right now? I think they would be, but my ocd is telling me otherwise. Those are my only food options for a while and I don’t want to risk catching this.

Finally updating. Not sure which to choose.

I’ve been using my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) laptop since 2016 and want to upgrade now that I’m going to university. I don’t know anything about computers or what the specs mean. The one I currently have is 8GB memory with 250.79 GB flash storage. I mainly use it for watching YouTube, streaming, school—canvas, Google searches, downloading documents, and Microsoft. I do all of my classes online. I’ll be majoring in History and possibly philosophy, which aren’t heavy in terms of software needed. I’m torn between the newer MacBook Air or the 2024 MacBook Pro. I just want something that will last, just like my current laptop has.

Stuck in the same pattern

I don’t know how to advance from here. I’ve been trying to shift in the mornings, after waking up. Putting in my earbuds, playing a subliminal as I try to relax myself to do a sleep or awake method. Usually focusing on my breathing, counting and then repeating “I’m in my waiting room.”This either leads me to sleeping without having dr related dreams or falling asleep but the dream is me in bed trying to shift. Yesterday I was stuck in this loop of me in bed trying to shift and in my dream I kept shifting to realities that were close but not it (all of it being dreams and not actual shifts), but I wasn’t lucid to know that. Then, the pattern of false awakenings and false shifts transforms into random dreams. I’m not sure what to do with this.

Favorite guided meditations?

This can go to people who have shifted and those who haven’t. When I try to shift I listen to a subliminal and try to relax, but never can. I’ve tried some guided meditations, but a lot of the time they either move too slowly or too quickly. I have a problem relaxing in general, so it’s harder when I try to go and shift. What are some guided meditations that have helped you either shift or get into a relaxed state before your attempt?

Does anyone know of any methods down sitting down?

Like the title says. I usually try to shift while laying down, before bed or after waking up, but it leads to me falling asleep and getting stuck in dream loops or nothing at all. I wanted to try awake methods that I could do while sitting at my desk, but I can’t really find any.

Swipe limits

I just got the swipe and go-on limits like everyone else. I can work around the go-on, but obviously not the swipe limits. It’s so stupid, especially when majority of the responses either don’t make sense with the scene or are boring. Now, I’m getting anxious every time I have to swipe. I think these limits are going to be what actually drives people away, as they’ll have no choice but to stop using the app until it resets.
