What’s your “called it” Austin establishment that you immediately knew wouldn’t last.

Mine was the pickleball place on Menchaca and the Brooklyn breakfast place that … opened at 9.

Has anyone seen a vehicle get pulled over for running a red light?

So there seems to be some signs of APD recovering from the Blue Flu and I somewhat consistently see cars get pulled over for speeding now. But the craziest dissolution of driving norms in Austin right now is flaunting (edit: flouting) of red light rules and fully running solid reds, creating a vicious cycle where holding back the next line incentivizes the last cars in that line to run a red as well and then you’re just in this frustrating cycle for the end of time.

I need some hope here: have we seen ANYONE get pulled over for this recently? It’s out of control to the point that I think we need more drivers publicly made an example of.

What’s the deal with the food truck park with the treehouse that used to have Cenizo coffee?

Hadn’t been in a while, so decided to stop by. Cenizo was gone and replaced by a different coffee shop with hardly any business. It looked like the park had done a lot of work to look nicer. There were a ton of trucks but all closed - overall it was really dead and the treehouse was blocked off. Were they just really dependent on Cenizo for business or something?

There’s so many young families in Easton Park it’s weird that a place like this doesn’t have patrons.

I’m not ashamed to just flat out ask for a picture of Sculpture Falls right now

Haven’t ventured out in years and need to be inspired to get off my butt and do so. Thank you.

Explain the ____________ and ________ edit now

Now that we know the outcome, how do we explain the Genevieve vs Aubry edit? Why was Genevieve portrayed as the hero and Aubry as a struggling loser whose heart wasn’t in the game? It’s not like we even got a rising from the bottom edit afterwards.

Meeting a friend in Waco and driving one car to to Dallas. Ideas for a place I can easily leave my car for 24 hours (overnight) and it won’t get towed or broken into? I don’t mind paying for a garage.

The chaos at camp and tribal almost certainly WAS because of Mr. Beast. Jeff was right. The sub won’t ever want to admit it, but you throw such a big question mark into tribal and you’re bound to have people coming up with multiple plans and throwing out multiple names.
