HELP!

I'm reading this book series and I'm so frustrated because I can't find the last book in the series anywhereeee. I've looked it on multiple sites but it's nowhere to be found so if any of you could help me 🙏

It's called "A Degree of Salvation", 5th book in the Academic Sin series by Verika Sloane.

I hate thissss

I sometimes wonder how people even talk? Keep up with conversations? Find topics to talk about?

This is my 3rd year of university, and I still don't get along with my friends because of my social anxiety. I hate the fact that I'm not like them: I am not a chatterbox, I don't call them almost every day to talk about god knows what, and I don't spend hours talking to them about gossips they hear around or judge people with them as a source if entertainment, I don't hate the same people they do, I don't laugh at their stupid, derogatory jokes, etc.

I don't even like or wholeheartedly agree with the stuff they talk about tbh; it's always that they're either badmouthing someone or making comments that are against my opinion (making racist, misogynistic or even grape jokes). When I voice my thoughts and tell them they're wrong to say something like that, they think I'm trying to pick a fight.

And that's why I keep my thoughts to myself and ignore their discussions, but then I'm framed as someone with an attitude, so then they don't approach me either and act mean. This lack of communication leads to lots of misunderstandings, but the communication that takes place is not healthy either.

In the beginning, I thought it would work out, and I'd eventually settle, but I've spent more time adjusting than the time left for this degree to be over. It made them prioritize me the least, keep things from me, not consider me for anything, and treat me like an outsider or someone they've to bear with.

I'm doneee, I don't know till when I'll have to keep up with this. I've tried to cut them off many, many times, but they're always there- in the classes, on the bus, on the campus, and now at the place of my internship as well. I'm just stuck between being/not being their friend, and it's only hurting me more. God, I could go on and on about this helppp😭
