Hit Me With Your Best Apple Pie Protein Shake Recipes!

I'm looking to make a protein shake that captures the authentic taste of an Apple Pie. I've already succeeded in making a strawberry shortcake shake with no added sugar, and no unhealthy fats (e.g., heavy cream, cream cheese, creme fraiche).

So, lay them on me!

Making A "Healthy" Tiramisu: Lady Finger Substitute Recommendations Needed!

I'm trying to make a tiramisu protein shake and I'm looking for a sub on the lady fingers. Oddly enough, I haven't been able to find anybody online who has a suggestion for a substitute— well, at least not on Reddit. I've seen unsalted rice cake, I've seen whole bread, but I just feel like these wouldn't be good. I'm most tempted to throw some blended oats in there, but I'm not sure how authentic to a traditional tiramisu this would be.

What are you suggestions? I'm also looking at mascarpone substitutes, if anybody has any.

Good & Reputable Websites/Blogs for Protein Shake Recipes?

I'd imagine this has been asked a million times on here, but I cannot for the life of me find a thread that doesn't just have people recommending their own personal recipes. I want some good names for making protein shakes. From what I've searched, I've come across names such as Minimalist Baker, Cookie and Kate, EatingWell, Andrea Mathis, and Prevention; however, I have no idea if any of these are reputable names.

I'm new to protein shakes, so I would really appreciate the help. Examples of recipes I'm looking to create: (Healthy) Tiramisu Protein Shake, Apple Pie Protein Shake, Cookies and Cream Protein Shake, Strawberry Shortcake Protein Shake.

What is the best spot for some eggs?

Not a huge fan of waffles, fried food, hashbrowns, nor anything else. If you can get me the best place to purchase an egg dish, then I will be very happy. Sunnyside up, American omelet, French omelette, scrambled, etc.

It doesn’t matter if its expensive, just so long as it’ll be worth the money. (p.s. I am not a fan of oil-heavy foods.)
