Summer trailer season

Have been seeing some recent trailers for some likely contenders for the death race, several look exciting. Your thoughts on additions and/or any you’re particularly excited about?

•Digger, Tom Cruise in full prosthetics, John Goodman, directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu (Baldo…, Birdman…) Looks like Dr. Strangelove meets Don’t Look Up.

•Behemoth, Pedro Pascal, written and directed by Michael Clayton’s Tony Gilroy. Selling more of a mood than a plot in the preview.

•I Play Rocky, biopic about struggling unknown Sylvester Stallone’s battle to play the lead in the movie he wrote, which happens to be one of the greatest sports movies of all time. The Academy loves movies that glorify moviemaking.

•Wildwood, stop motion animation after a long gap from the studio of Kubo and the Two Strings, The Boxtrolls and Coraline. Looks a little like Labyrinth, minus David Bowie’s bulge.

•Wild Horse Nine, Sam Rockwell and John Malkovitch are CIA agents in the 70’s, written and directed by Martin McDonagh (Three Billboards…, In Bruges, The Banshees of Inisherin) McDonough isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I’m always excited when he’s in the race.

•The Debut, Jesse Eisenberg’s follow up to A Real Pain, looks to have a similarly dark-humored tone about a Svengali community theater director (Paul Giamatti) and a bored housewife/newby actress (Julianne Moore)

Possible weak seedling advice?

First timer here, recently got the strng starter set with Maui Wowie and three additional Afghan Kush seeds. The starter package came with enough coconut coir and starter fertilizer to fill the soft pot, plus additional pots to start my other seeds in, but only one seed starter plug. The seed in that plug is doing well, (arrow) healthy, dark green leaves, but the others have thinner, weaker stems, barely standing, and fewer, less vibrant leaves. Any advice on what specific, readily available nutrients or other additives to strengthen them? My plan is to transplant them to the garden when they look sturdy enough.

Salted nuts?

Just found half an old jar of salted nuts at the back of my cabinet. No due to the salt, or is the amount of salt on something like this minimal and okay?

Where to find “regular” issues?

I know it came out a few weeks ago, ibut the “Late Night” issue should still be current. Went to my nearest Barnes and Noble today, they had 4 various collectors issues and super specials, but no regular issue, I’ll make the hour round trip to the next closest location if my local store is an anomaly, but are they, and where do you go if not? Used to get my occasional fix at my grocery store, but they recently got rid of their magazine section. The link in the FAQ is for subscriptions, but no information on finding one off current issues.

There was an expectation in our house from the set up of the home shopping lava cake of at what point we would actually see the “lava” in action, pouring out of the center. Anyone else feel that Network Standards & Practices said we’ll let you have the smoke puffs and peanut butter finger, but we’re drawing the line, no oozing chocolate lava?
