On my third fold (9:Porcelain, 10:Moonstone, 11:Olive)

Not sure if it's just the newness of it, but it really does look premium. I can't compare it to the Obsidian unless I see it at a store, but the greenish-gold metal frame is superb looking.

Looking for traditional tawa for home use that my dadi used to have. Cast iron with wooden handle. Everything I've found is PTFE non-stick, which will degrade over time and not suitable for high heat. Most salespeople in Al-fatah seemed clueless about cast iron and everything was teflon/granite/marble coated.
