For several years I’ve been using eyedrops daily with minimal relief. My water lines also have these little pores where I can lightly squeeze and express them and stuff comes out. Have been told potentially MGD. I’ve tried warm compresses, washing my eyes with baby soap and warm water, etc. What has worked for you? I’m about to go to my eye doctor to discuss it further because it is just uncomfortable and annoying at this point.

Had my left hand done mid June of this year and my right done almost 2 weeks ago. Both open releases. While I am still healing with both, I can say I have not had any noticeable numbness in either of my hands when I wake up since the surgeries. Prior to getting both hands done, just about everyday I would wake up, even throughout the night, with heavy, sore and numb hands that I just couldn’t “shake out”. No matter what position I tried to lay in, bilateral wrist splints almost never worked so I gave up on them. I am literally so grateful for these surgeries. I’ve been able to have better grip on my motorcycle (no longer shaking my hands out or letting off the clutch/throttle), I hardly drop things like I did before. I cannot wait to see what months down the road is going to be like with “new” hands.🥹

Finally decided it was time to see my OB again. We have been TTC since last October with absolutely no luck. Just tons of hopes, 2 confirmed false positives within 2 months, tears shed, just feeling let down and sad about it no matter what I do. My PCOS has pretty much gone untreated since 2022-2023. I’ve pretty much just been winging it at this point. Have been taking myo inositol for a little over a month and a half now. I have an appointment on the 7th and I guess I’m just nervous but also excited at the same time to maybe get some answers. I’m 30 and my husband is 33 and this is literally all we want is to start a family so bad.. I’ve been told everything from “take a break”, “try not to think about it and it will happen”, “it really isn’t that hard to conceive”, etc. etc. While I know most people are just trying to make us feel better, it just starts to feel like a slap in the face with even more disappointment.

First time being high in 7-8 years. Tried some off hours calm edibles today. Just chillin😎 How are you guys doing tonight?
