Look at this damage and it’s been just exactly a year I purchased my ride with 10k km on ODO and these gave up already with fogging up and cracks. I owned Bajaj nS200 for 9years with no such issues. Why so fragile for such a premium motorbike.
I recently vacated a house in Gulmohar Park colony, Hyderabad Road number 17, plot number 508. The flat is 102 to be specific. while agreement and before vacating These guys have given a verbal statement that hardly will charge ₹3500 for maintenance when you’re vacating for any damages that may occur. I can guarantee say that no one has kept a house so clean and my wife is the person who keeps the house very neat, and these guys after me vacating from Hyderabad, after a month, they deposited an amount of 5K for an advance that I paid 23,000 when I check the bill that written bill attached to the comment post, they charged like 3000 for cleaning 3000 for coolie and 10 K for colour painting, what kind of cheating and scam these guys are actually running here.

I think those who vacated the house from this building 508. None of them left the house without having a fight. With these guys they’re publicly looting people were vacating the house and I have heard so many people vacated before scolding them over a phone very badly because of these guys asking for extra amount for nothing that has happened to the house.
not sure if this is a thing in Hyderabad across or any rental thing, but I would like to take a view from the public and see how to tackle with this or if this is a norm ?
they charge almost 1 month of rental then that’s totally fine, but if they charge too much, I would say this is a scam and I would alert people who are actually going to this Gulmohar colony Road number 17, plot number 508, there are two old couples, Linga Reddy and Vijaya, these guys loot and fight with people for money. The love that they show to you when you’re staying. There is like totally fake, and now these guys are not even picking the call since I am out of Hyderabad out of the Telangana state itself. So they’re using that as an advantage to cut as much amount, they like so be aware.
