Of course there will be a blockage, such as low memory to work with, that's why I'm going to delete few unimportant missions, and add important tapes into missions. I'm thinking to get rid of Home base as a location, that you will be operating only from your helicopter. Weapon upgrade system will give you the option to get the weapon for completing certain mission few times, or by spending Resources you have collected. Fulton will be harder, so I'm thinking that after getting someone asleep you can just use Fulton and they will be at your base. I'm going to get rid of "this guy is B+ but this is S+, each new mission will give you more of them.

First gives people with D-C stats, second gives tenth C-B, twentieth B, thirtieth B+ up to the last mission of S. idk if memory will allow me to do it, but each new member will boost your HP, and ATK.
