why are -3t combos more popular than -3s combos?

3lz3lo is the hardest 3-3 combo, and many skaters don't execute it because they can't. 3lz3f isn't really doable because of the mechanics of the jump. Many ladies skaters seem to go for 3lz3t with a BV of 10.10. However, why don't more ladies skaters jump 3lz1Eu3s (BV 10.70) or a similar combo with a 3s? Is a -3s combo that much more difficult? Is it difficult enough that +.6 points is not motivating?
