Oura, NC, FF, Inito Ovulation

I am so confused if I actually ovulated or not. I am currently on CD 56, when typically I have regulated to 28 day cycles.

Where the temperature increases looks like potential ovulation (CD 28) and it’s when my Inito results showed a LH of 9.48 and a PdG increase to 8.79.

Last took two tests on CD 47 and both were negative.

Any insight would be amazing!

High PdG, but No Ovulation?

Hi, has anyone ever had a PdG > 5 (mine was 8.7) for one day but they didn’t ovulate?

I’m really unsure if I did ovulate.

22 DPO - Negative Test

Really confused about this chart. Did I ovulate later than CD26? Why hasn’t AF appeared yet?

Took a test on CD 39 - negative easy@home
Took a test today on CD 48 - negative Clearblue

Any advice is appreciated!!

Should I get my hopes up?!

For context, recently diagnosed PMOS, started Inositol and other supplements to regulate

I thought I was out. Since starting Inositol, I’ve had 28 day cycles (with or without ovulation). Now CD44, temperature rise, and haven’t tested since CD 39 (negative with Easy@Home)

Any help is APPRECIATED!

Two Peak Fertility Days?

History of irregular cycles that are becoming normalized through a number of ways. including Inositol. Recent diagnosis of PMOS, as well

While my menstrual cycle has regulated, ovulation has been up in the air and this cycle, I thought AF would have come by now (it’s usually 28 days exactly)

But then, yesterday my Inito test showed higher PdG and LH. Please, any advice would be appreciated!

Regular period, No Ovulation

Hi, as the title reads, my period / AF is regular, on the dot. No spotting. I know exactly when to expect it and cycles are a perfect 28 days; however…

I am not ovulating! I know why (due to the multiple follicles on each side and one not being a dominant one), but are there any natural ways to trigger ovulation that aren’t Letrozole / Clomid?

For background, period wasn’t always regular. I have dealt with irregular cycles my entire life, but after taking Inositol since February, I believe it regulated my cycle.
