Doubts regarding PR Pathways (189, 190, 491)

Hi,
Age/ Gender/ Marital status - 29, M, Unmarried
Highest Education - PGDM (Marketing & Finance specialisation) (Equivalent of MBA)
Work Experience -
2 Years in Consulting Industry (Presales, Business Research & Transaction Advisory/ Investment Banking)
2.5 Years Self employed (Family business, Handling mostly sales, new client acquisitions and product portfolio expansion and marketing)
Both Education and Work experience in my home country

I am advised by a local visa agent that PR Pathways 189,190 491 make most sense for me.
However I have a few doubts -

  1. Do I realistically have chances? I don't have huge work experience as a corporate employee
  2. I couldn't find exact matching roles in ANZSCO list, but Management Consultant seems most relevant - However that is still not exactly my corporate role
  3. With this profile, do you think I realistically have chances of getting PR in 189, 190, 491 subclasses or any other subclass you may suggest
  4. My last option is to go through study route, but since I have already completed my masters, I am not really keen on that part. Also, I feel I am past my "study age".
  5. Is my profile/skill highly demanded or I am just wasting my time?

Please advice.
Many thanks

First solo trip to Vietnam (7–10 days) – Need itinerary focused on nightlife, hostels & meeting people

Hi everyone,

I'm planning my first solo international trip to Vietnam sometime between September and November, and I'm looking for advice on planning the perfect itinerary.

I'll have 7–10 days, so I'm thinking of covering 2–3 cities max instead of rushing through the country.

My biggest priority is socializing. Since it's my first solo trip, I'm a little worried about ending up feeling lonely or spending evenings scrolling Instagram in my hostel room. 😅 So I'm looking for places with:

Great hostel culture (easy to meet other solo travellers)

Vibrant nightlife (bars, clubs, pub crawls, social events)

Friendly backpacker vibe

Beaches are a big plus!

From my research so far, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hoi An seem like good options, but I'd love to hear your suggestions.

A little about my travel style:

I love lively streets and nightlife (Phuket & Bangkok were amazing for this).

I also enjoy beach-town vibes like Canggu and Gili T in Bali.

I'm not necessarily looking to party every night, but I definitely want to meet people and have a social trip.

Could you please recommend:

Which 2-3 cities I should visit?

The best social hostels to stay in.

Good nightlife areas/bars/pub crawls.

Daytime activities that are worth doing.

Whether September, October, or November is the best month considering the weather.

I'd really appreciate any itinerary suggestions or personal experiences. Thanks in advance! 🙌

Parag Parikh Flexi cap fund advice

From September 2024 onwards, it has been almost 2 years, with an aforesaid fund that has given zero returns. I understand Mutual funds are a long game, but this is a very very popular Mutual Fund, what is your opinion regarding the same?

Guess my bodyfat %

177 cm; 80 kg morning weight

My guess is around 22%.

Legs and arms are leaner compared to body, most fat around core and lower back.

What do you think?

What should be the target weight to get to 15% bf?
