missing electives

i dont know if this is normal or not, but ive finished every single course before my electives with a passing grade last week. i already was graded on my final essay, everything was fine etc. before all this, i could see the options to select my 5 electives (but i couldnt since i wasnt finished, when i tried it would just give me an error.) i have about a month and a half left to finish school with a 15 lesson limit on each week, but since i finished my electives and the areas to select them and start them just disappeared. i never got to select them or anything, ive emailed penn foster already twice and they basically just said 'well sorry, we cant help you.' im stuck at 16 credits now and if this lasts im gonna run out of time to finish school, what do i do???
