What dishes would you make with an abundance of dried cockscomb flower (powder?)

As it offers a beautiful reddish pink hue, I'm thinking of using in ice cream, rice and pasta sauces, or any floral drinks.

I don't know the flavour yet though.

Any handling tips?

Guys, your food scene needs help ;_;

Your city is gorgeous and clean and the people are very nice and laid back. I enjoyed getting to know them, it was a very relaxed atmosphere as a tourist.

But why are food options SO LIMITED?

Beverages are amazing. Be it fancy coffees, shakes, juices, matcha. Desserts and mithai also very good. But actual appetizers and main courses are either the same thing everywhere, or extremely mediocre (bland) in taste. Even the Natraj thali was ok-ok. We also went outside the tourist area to try, just to see if there's a difference in what locals eat vs tourist trap restaurants.

Is it a cultural preference to have mild food due to proximity to Gujarat? Didn't face this issue in other cities of Rajasthan honestly. And I'm not even a fan of very spicy, oily food...the cooking just lacked depth of flavour.

Your street food that was hyped on YouTube, we tried everything. The samosas, kachori, eggs etc...it was all really average, enough that y'all should consider importing street food ideas from other Indian cities at this point 🫣 No hate, just want y'all to enjoy the same deliciousness!

Best spot for Hindustani classical music performance?

Looking to catch such a show if available. Trained singers of a gharana, ideally (Bandish Bandits vibes hehe)

Baithak style acoustic performances, need not be a huge show

Any such haveli or arts centre where this happens?

Need therapist suggestion for older woman (60) who has gone through trauma.

Offline sessions, budget within 1.5k per session.

Trauma experienced: emotional and financial abuse, domestic violence, lack of female friendships, grief. The lady needs help overcoming these inner wounds so she can:

-stop making impulsive decisions

-stop giving access to bad people

-make better choices in the future

Sit-down explanations don't work, as the trauma has given her mild memory issues, she tends to not remember life lessons even if repeated.

Please give any personally tried recommendations. Thanks.
