The Ravens debuted their new uniform set tonight! All in all, I think they look better than I expected. They still look like the Ravens! A few thoughts:
In one of the weirdest uniform controversies I can remember, Jayden Daniels informed LSU that they can no longer use his name, image, and likeness. Daniels is apparently upset that LSU assigned #5 to another player, namely sophomore cornerback DJ Pickett. I find this incredibly petty. More details from ESPN:

Tulane unveiled their City Edition uniforms. These are so fun! I love the Mardi Gras these and details. There are a lot of cool details, like the beads in the argyle. A+!

The Bills wore their Nickel City alternates for the open practice today and it somehow looked even worse in person than it did in the unveiling. Yikes!
Cleveland has reveled the name of their new WNBA team: the Cleveland Sirens!

The NFL released their 2026 sideline hats. Honestly, these aren't too bad! They come in several varieties including:
9SEVENTY Adjustable Hat
59FIFTY Fitted Hat
Apex 9FORTY Adjustable Trucker Hat
Casual Classic Adjustable Hat
They also have included some fun alternate logos for several teams.
Despite all of the fanfare around a new uniform this season, the Ravens are still practicing in their old uniform set. It extends to new players as well, so it’s not just a rollover from last season.
The latest 99% Invisible episode is about the Brannock Device. Of course, Paul Lukas is the featured guest! Since he founded Uni Watch, I thought it was appropriate to post here. It’s a fascinating episode! Plus, 99PI is an incredible podcast that is always a must listen.

Inter Miami unveiled their third kit for the 2026 season. They’re really nice looking uniforms! Shout out to u/Important-Forever678 for bringing these to my attention.
However, the marketing nonsense is absolutely unbearable:
“Meaning ‘zenith’ in Spanish, Cénit represents the highest point from where the Club stands—not as a finish line, but as the clearest view yet of how far it has come and how far it can still go.”

The Bills regrettably unveiled their “Nickel City” alternates. When these first leaked, I thought that they were just fashion jerseys. However, they’re real and they’re terrible. I usually try to not offer too much commentary when a new uniform drops, but these are hideous.
A few years ago, I remember Uni Watch mentioning that Christian Encarnacion-Strand had the longest NOB in MLB history. However, now that he’s playing for the Orioles, I noticed that he only has Encarnacion on the back of the jersey. On today’s Orioles broadcast, they mentioned that he stopped using his full last name on the back of his jersey because it was uncomfortable on his back.
The LA Rams have unveiled two new uniforms: Classic Sol (yellow) and Fearsome White (white). I don’t know if these were totally necessary, but my initial reaction is that I like these a lot.
The “Classic Sol” uniform honors the 75th anniversary of their 1951 NFL Championship team. It be worn in Week 2 on MNF vs. the Giants and Week 13 vs. the Chiefs on TNF.
The “Fearsome White” uniforms mimics the road uniform worn by the “Fearsome Foursome” from 1964-72. It will be worn in Week 13 on Thanksgiving Eve vs. the Packers.

The Jets have unveiled a new white helmet that they’ll wear on 9/20 versus the Packers. This feels unnecessary given that the Jets already have a great (throwback) uniform with a white helmet.
The Bengals will wear their white bengal uniforms on New Year’s Eve (12/31) versus the Ravens. Moreover, they’re encouraging their fans to do the first ever white bengal stripe in the crowd.

MLB unveiled the logo for the 2027 All-Star Game in Wrigley Field. It will be the fourth ASG in the friendly confines, making it the only active ballpark to do so. I find the logo pretty boring, but none of the previous logos were especially interesting. Here is some more info via SportsLogos:
