if it’s just a me-problem then that’s fine but i know everyone loves the bun shop in mount vernon bc it’s open late and it has tons of seating but i find the wifi strength sucks and it can very hit or miss if your work computer (or personal too) has a VPN, does anyone else have this issue? sorry if it’s a niche ask lol
every time my train pulls up to the track and i see the barricade by the elevator my heart aches, does anyone know when it’s gonna be fixed?? and why doesn’t the train ever use the G8 track 😭
maybe it’s unrealistic but i just feel like if my train is over 10 mins late conductors shouldn’t collect tickets (642 i’m looking at you). like ultimately i get im paying for a ride that is subject subject to cancel and that’s the gamble with public transit but it just irks me lol
it’s only by five minutes but the last train out of DC now leaves at 10:05 instead of 10:10 but i remember when it used to leave at 10:55 DAILY!!

TLDR; has anyone worked with the company in the title and what are my tenant rights when my AC isn’t working and the temperatures are very hot outside?
this is kind of a an ask and a rant but my building is managed by Bay Management Group and i’ve heard the horror stories — but that’s not what this is about.
So my AC is broken and they’ve contacted this company. All Day A/C LLC to come fix it.
The leasing agent first told me that someone from that company would reach out to me to schedule a visit and they never did after a week. So I called them and they told me that they came by and fixed the issue. when I asked if they came inside the unit, the man I spoke with said yes, but I have a ring camera, and can prove that he never came into my unit.
So I placed another maintenance request because the issue was never fixed. My AC still didn’t work after the first visit. After I made the second maintenance request, I had a phone call with the leasing agent who apologized for the inconvenience and said that she wants to work with me to get this issue solved
The same thing happened the second time around. I put in the maintenance request, it was marked is complete, I checked my ring camera just to see if anyone came into my apartment while I was at work, and no one did.
i’m now on my third maintenance request and the leasing agent has given me the contact information of the same company again, so my first question is has anyone ever worked with this company before and are they legit? Do they actually get the work done? And my second question is what are the tenant laws if I do not have proper working AC and the temperatures are getting to 90° outside.

i appreciate knowing the night before instead of five minutes before it’s supposed to leave but this is still annoying and the concept of “accommodating” with a later train is lowkey laughable

i think my beloved protein shakes have fallen victim to aldi’s terrible inconsistent restocking. i’m hoping im overreacting and maybe it’s something that will be resolved for my next grocery trip but i’ve gone to three different aldi locations in baltimore and even checked instacart and they’re all out of stock, if anyone else can confirm or even give me a little hope that would be appreciated!!
