What are good macros to see muscle?

I am finally at my goal weight of 155lb (F25, 5'5) with keto and straight fasting. The longest fast I've done is 96 hours which help me stop stalling with keto. I've been on and off keto for at least three years if not more.

The main reason as to why I gained the weight back in 2022 was to negative comments from friends, some saying I "lost my ass" or I had "skinner legs". I don't want this to happen again and I remember I still had substantial fat in my mid-section (skinny fat) and back rolls although I was at a normal BMI (was 145 or 140lb). I was still pudgy and I don't look good in a bikini.

My question is what does a good day of tracking look like to you? What do you eat? And do you still incorporate high fats or is it better to have higher protein? I believe the most protein I should get per day is 150g or maybe more. I got this often doing keto but the fats were high, does this matter to see results? Do I have to stick to strict cycling of meals to see results? Can I indulge possibly once a week?

My main goal is to tone my waist to be flat or at least close to that, grow my thighs to be as big as they were when I was 190, and same with my ass. I still have bingo wings which I want to tone as well. My current exercise is 7000-10000 steps, dead bugs, and planks.

How often have you fasted or how often should one fast?

Since I watched a fasting video by Dr. Pradip Jamnadas and someone told me they fasted for a month straight with no food and felt perfectly fine, I decided to try it. I've been on a weight loss journey for at least five years, constantly going back and forth from normal to overweight. I typically did keto but yo-yo dieted significantly which let to adverse effects and just not losing as much weight as I hoped.

Lately, to get to my goal weight, I fasted. In July, I think I've done two fasts, one for 48 hours and one for 72 hours. I finally got to my goal weight even with refeeding. I just recently went on vacation and wanted to up the ante to a 5 day long fast. To get into ketosis after a binge meal, I would fast for 24 hours so I'm not really a beginner.

Is fasting multiple times a month bad? Also I understand the refeeding process, someone told me to start with orange juice and low sodium broths when I get off. Is that good?

Rosacea & Retinol

Back when I was in my early to mid twenties, I was using the Cerave Retinol Resurfacing Cream every night. I stopped after my rosacea diagnosis and noticed I was getting small spots on my face around 25. Now that I've been using Rositara Gel for awhile, I decided to implement the retinol back in to prevent wrinkles. I noticed I have small lines around my mouth now even after doing microneedling twice already.

At night, I layer the rositara gel first, then the retinol, then moisturizer, then the gel again. I noticed that I wake up and my face is slightly warm and a little red, not flush. Should I stop the retinol completely? Also, I heard pure azelaic acid is better than the rositara gel to help combat aging.

Best Snorkeling Experience in Key West and food spots?

I'm going on a cruise in early July and it's docking at the port in Key West. We'll be there from 8am to 5pm. I found one snorkeling place for $50 a person but I'm not sure how good it will be. The place is Sunset Watersports. Also, would love a great lunch spot to go to or any cool areas.

What's a good snorkeling place close to the port that they take you out on a boat? Please not super expensive. Also, please some recommendations for bars and good places to eat.

Can I finally shape them?

Over the years I’ve always had really bad eyebrows but never fixed them. About a year or two ago, I shaved them down and I thought it looked good. A lot of people told me they were really flat so I’m currently using Grande brow serum to grow them out.

First pic is now, second pic is before serum, 3rd is what shape would look the best.

Should I grow them out more or can I get them shaped now? And what shape out of the 3 would suit me the most?

Extreme Stomach issues going on almost a month!

I've posted on here several times in the past months because I've had such adverse effects to keto. Since April 26th, I've had nonstop stomach issues, even when getting 5000g of sodium, 400mg of magnesium, and 3000g of potassium from Nu-Salt. I unfortunately have not lost any weight even with the constant runs to the restroom (embarrassing), I keep shifting from 164-165. For the first week or so, bone broth was working but now nothing does.

I purchased flaxseed to help with my fiber but this didn't stop the stomach problems from reoccurring. I'm at my wits end because at my job, I supervise families with their children. They are court ordered to be supervised with their kids, meaning I cannot go to the bathroom during the visit unless someone else can watch them, they cannot be left with their children alone at any point.. I'm usually alone at the center with these people, making it even more miserable with my keto issue and an urgent matter. Now going to work makes me anxious because I'm afraid I'm going to have to use the bathroom during the visit.

Disclaimer: If you are a newbie to keto, you probably won't have as bad of reactions as I have. I've been yo-yo dieting since 2023. I would lose 10lb of water weight and then gain it back a week later.. this was a constant cycle for awhile. In January, I was able to lose weight pretty quickly without issues but now, since a month ago, I guess my body finally adapted to keto and now I'm all messed up. I believe it takes longer to adapt the more you continue to yo-yo with it. I looked up online that in extreme cases, keto-flu can last up to a month.. has anyone experienced this?

I contacted my doctor but he is out of town until June 5th. I apparently cannot see another doctor in his practice because switching doctors isn't allowed... they didn't have any recommendations either.

I can only be in light ketosis but then I don't lose any weight.. wtf do I do??

Please help!!! I want to finally get these 10lb off!

Cool Scupltra or Lipo for stubborn stomach fat

I've been on another weight loss journey for the past year and following a very restrictive diet (keto). Even when I was at a normal weight, I still had a visceral fat on the top of my stomach and a line indicating the extra pudge.

I recently watched videos from high school and even then my stomach was chubby even though the rest of my body was fairly skinny.

Please see pic for reference, sorry if it's kind of riskay.. it's just the perfect example. I want to lose 10-15lb more with my diet as well.

What would be the best course of action to get rid of this? Also what are your experiences with either procedure on your stomach?

Thank you! Any advice is good!

I've been doing keto for a month and a half, no cheat days and lost ten pounds. I have ten more to go. So far the whole process has been easy, no sleepless nights and no diarrhea.

Unexpectedly, on Saturday, while getting my haircut, I started to have cramps. Then when I ate a salad and put 2/3 cup of Italian dressing, I started having issues. I know this was too much..This might be a TMI but I was extremely constipated before, barely using the restroom 1-2 weeks at a time.

Last night when I finally reached 165lb, after my stomach issues seem to subsided, I had a quesadilla with a low carb wrap. I was able to stomach this until this morning when I just had plain scrambled eggs with half of an avocado. Then the stomach issues returned.

I ate chicken breast and I couldn't stomach that either. I've been drinking bone broth all day but still stomach issues when I ate food. I'm not sure if this is keto flu because I'm drinking Nu-Salt with salt in Gaterade and just regular ketoade, this isn't helping either.

Spoke to a doctor earlier and she said to eat a little rice to see if it helps, she suggested chicken breast but it didn't help.

iWhat should I do? I'm not sure wtf happened, I was doing so well with no issues and now I can barely hold anything down. The ketoade isn't helping either. I don't want to "yo-yo" diet anymore but the past day has made me miserable.
