Exporting data

I know this makes me a huge nerd, but I spend all day working in Excel and genuinely love it. I enjoy making tables, sorting information, and finding trends.

I can't tell you how happy it would make me to be able to export my 22 years of Last.FM data into Excel. I have so many scrobbles that are missing album information or just otherwise needs cleaning up. And while I'm a pro user so actually making the edits is a breeze, identifying what needs fixing is a slog. If I could just stick all of my scrobbles into Excel, I could find this stuff so fast and make my edits accordingly.

Any other Excel nerds who can relate?

Been scrobbling for almost 22 years. I remember when each of these albums entered my life. Each one feels like an old friend.

For context, I'm a 36 year old American woman. 🙂

My husband wanted a new bottle, and since I am a recent Owala convert, he asked if I could get him one. So I bought him Gray Whale from Walmart just so I could steal the lid for my Summer Soiree (he could not possibly care less about his bottle and lid colors 🤣). It looks like they were meant to be!

I was cleaning up my Dropbox and found something from my old MB that was clearly funny enough for me to screenshot and share with (presumably) my now husband:

>11/22/2015

>MB: I just cut out the tag on [NK]'s jamjams at his request and I hear my future self say "F*ck you".

>Me: My future self too.

The tagless clothes were the bane of our existence and yet we both always acquiesced to these, "MY TAG IS ITCHY, CUT IT OUT" requests. I miss her sometimes!

And yes, we always texted like that. It was my first nanny job and I was their first nanny, so we had a relationship I doubt I could or would replicate.

EDITED TO FIX DATE. This happened in 2015, not 2025. I feel so old. 🫠
