Transfer goods to mountain

CS1: I have a town on the high hill, let s say mountain. My industrial zone is down the hill, a little bit far from the mountain town.

What is the ideal option to transfer commercial goods to the mountain? I plan to build train tracks but i am not sure if there is any train that can go up a mountain in real life.

Of course the van and truck can use lane, but i want to reduce it so i am thinking about other options.

I am new to the hobby. I tried to research a lot but still confusing about paints.

I plan to make the CB750F 1/12. I bought some spray cans and also some other paint can for details as per instruction of Tamiya.

However, Tamiya instruction did not talk about Primer and Top coat. Youtube video also variable depend on each artist.

SO, for example of the body of CB750F, I plan to do like this: Fine Surface Primer L, then TS17, then TS13, then apply decal, then a 2nd layer of TS13 coat. After that i will do the Polishing process of Tamiya.

Is it correct?

Also please dont suggest airbrush as I dont have plan to paint so much kit.
