What is position of democratic socialism on peasantry?

I consider myself left communist but not a marxist and one of the main reasons why is it so it's Marx's views on peasantry. He viewed peasants as a reactionaries and not as a revolutionary class. Lenin and Stalin both oppressed peasantry on the basis of marxism even though they used their struggle in propaganda. What are DS opinions on peasantry? I think they and lumpens are main allies of the proletarians and if we would met proletarian interests but not a peasant ones it's not so much better than capitalism

Did Marx treated peasants as an enemies or an allies to the proletarians? And what Vaush position specifically on peasants?

What are leftcom opinions on Lenin and Trotsky?

I'm against Lenin personally but I heard that some leftcoms praise Lenin as an opposition to Stalin.

Questions about comunist manifesto

I consider myself leftcom, left libertarian and an utopian socialist. I found myself agreeing with a lot of marxists (even though I'm not a

marxist myself) so I wanted to read CM. I read it and understood that I disagree with Marx in pretty much everything;

  1. Why did Marx considered lumpenproletarians as reactionaries?

A lot of lumpens are people who have mental problems and lost the job due to it, a lot of them have physical injuries and they're unable to work physically, a lot of them from discriminated groups like romanies for example. It's people which were discriminated by the capitalist system and would benefit from a comunist society. They're the most revolutionary class because they need global society changes just to survive.

  1. Why did Marx differentiated peasantry and proletariat if they are both working class?

I'm from country that was historically mostly peasant - Ukraine. Peasants own their means of production directly and mostly don't using work of others. The main problem in the peasant society is that resources aren't distributed equally and if U have a smaller land than ur neighbor U just die. I'd the land would be owned collectively through direct democracy peasants would live a lot better. They have the same interest as proletarians and they're both working class.

  1. What the fuck did Marx even meant when he said that women should be owned collectively?

Human can be owned? HUMAN? Women should voluntarily decide if they want to have sex or not and with whom they want to have it. Marx said that family is bad and capitalist - but why people can't voluntarily decide if they want to have family or not?

  1. I haven't understand why did Marx critiqued other socialists so much

What is the problem with utopian socialism? His critique of other socialists was so vague that I didn't understand anything. He just said that the utopian socialists somehow serve the bourgeoise but didn't explained why. Maybe I'm just too stupid to understand him?

What I agree with Marx:

  1. Bourgeoise have interest in proletarians working for them and it's the reason why capitalism will devour itself

There's competition for worker between different companies so they should either increase their living conditions which would lead that the first companies with equal conditions for workers will devour others, or get a monopoly which would create such inhumane conditions for workers that it would spark a revolution.

  1. Socialism is more individualistic than capitalism

Capitalists say that freedom is a freedom of trade. But most of the people didn't have that freedom, they didn't even have freedom to use their own resources. The true freedom is ability to use resources freely which more people have under socialism. Socialism is the system where every individual is important, capitalism is not.

  1. We should unite with other proletarian democratic movements to achieve the same goal

Dictatorship of the working class is the system where workers are the only ones that can rule. It's a worker's democracy. So we should unite not just around a left ideas but around the left libertarian ideas that want to give more power to the proletarians. It's better to unite with liberals to get more power to the working unions than with leninists for example

  1. "Proletarians of the world unite" sounds cool.

I would be really glad if U would answer my questions because I haven't read Marx so much except the comunist manifesto and maybe I didn't understand some things that he said correctly.

My dwarf died fighting with a pile of sand

She was loved one, had a lot of friends and never was envious of others similar to her boyfriend and died in a great epic fight with sand. Now her boyfriend is working and remembering her with fondness not knowing that she died. Dwarf Fortress is a fun game

There's nothing happens in my fort

I have 3 years in my fort, I'm pausing and looking for stories, sometimes game paused for a long time and I just read. I have a 3 dwarves I'm following (but I have more in my fort overall), but nothing really happens. The only 2 interesting thing that happened is dwarf that had no friends had a strange mood and than entered berserk mode and was killed by rupturing his gut with a spear, and because she had no friends and died like a bastard no one mourned for her, and one of the dwarves was fighting with giant screaming that he head no fear of death and than died. But most of the stories happens only in critical situations. If I play well there's no stories of success or interesting things the dwarves do. I can embark in a harsher place but I don't want to, if stories happen only if I embark in harsh place the game is not interesting for me

Dwarf personalities doesn't feel deep

The only place where dwarves do activities without player intervention is tavern, they can sign, make music, drink alcohol, perform plays. But most of the game feels empty. There's no games dwarves can play with each other except for children, there's no dirges for dead, there's no playgrounds for children, there's no sex, there's no board games, there's no rituals, there's no holidays or different places of activities. Most of the time dwarves just speak with each other and drink.

Being a zionist is morally the same as being antisemite

Does everyone agree? By zionism I mean supporting Israel in it's modern form

Dwarf Fortress. How does dwarves mood and personal traits affect the game? Should u consider them while creating game tactics or strategies? Or it's just a decoration?

I have a stupid question but how to lose in Dwarf Fortress?

I created a fortress, was playing for a month of a real time, and didn't lost. Even though I was playing badly, get into hunger a few times, get lack of resources, my fortress was half drowned in water - still it was hard to lose. And then I just stopped playing game because with all of it's complexity it started feeling boring. Maybe I didn't get a cool enough goal as too dig as deep as possible or create as big of settlement as possible, but I'm a beginer and should be punished for mistakes until I will start to learn, I will not immediately know how to dig deeply enough or create enough places for new settlers and I want a hard game now

Left ideology is made around love to people. So it's probably a fucking miracle that I didn't became far right. I'm an autist, I'm annoying to people which made me quit the shcool, it's hard for me to formulate sentences for people easy to comprehend and understand context of the dialogue. For a long time especially after moving into another city because of the war I had no friends and now most of the people aren't abusive towards me or anything but don't want communicate or do that out of empathy. There was a lot of situation where the people treated me like a child and communicated as a joke/unseriously I just sayed everyone of them "fuck you"/"didn't touch me". Now I'm in poor mental health and with a lot of people (not all) I want to kill or torture them when I speak to them. It's hard for me to keep be a humanist and a leftist - it's hard for me not to treat people that were speaking with me unseriously as a subhumans that should be killed, and even worse - when a random person not close to me tries to help me or to show empathy - to not treat this person as a subhuman. It's hard to me for not wanting to do a fucking school shooting of my class that systematically ignored me that made me wanna kill myself - even though they weren't bullying (at first they were but then stopped) me and sometimes could even help if that didn't requires communication. It's hard to me not want to kill a people that speak with me out of empathy without an interest. It's hard for me not to treat everyone from the enemy country in a war as a subhumans - even though there is good people and even partisans. And I want keep to be a leftist and a humanist - seeing other people as such that are worthy and having individual rights makes me feeling worthy. So, how?
