I’ve noticed this a few times with BMW's. I’ll see a car online and think it looks good, then I’ll see one in person and it just hits differently.

I think you notice the proportions a lot more when the car is actually sitting in front of you. This is especially true for some of the older M cars. Photos never really seem to show their shape properly.

Maybe it’s just me, but some BMW's definitely look better in person than they do in photos.

Have you had the same experience with a particular model?

I used to pay way more attention to the dial when looking at watches. Lately I keep noticing the bracelet first.

A good bracelet can completely change how a watch feels, even when the case and dial are nothing special.

Am I overthinking this or does the bracelet matter that much to you too?

I really like rainy days. I usually stay home, make some tea and just listen to the sound of the rain for a while. There's something nice about not having to rush anywhere.

I normally get busy and completely forget about drinking water. Today was different for some reason. I kept a bottle next to me and just kept drinking whenever I noticed it. Pretty boring thing to be happy about, but I actually feel good today.

I just got a few things done that I'd been avoiding. Felt good to get them done. Sometimes even the little things make the day feel better.
