My body already in torture

But have I really learned?

Was this pain not earned?

To bad habits I returned

Acting like I wasn't concerned

I can say I did try

But mostly fail and sigh

When cornered I deny

And that's when I cry

And thus I am to blame

and should bear all the shame

For treating my body like a game
