Beach Yoga improves

I joined a Wednesday evening yoga group for in the beach yoga at the same time I started Zepbound, 7 weeks ago tomorrow.

If you’ve ever taken a yoga class you would be familiar with floor bow pose. In this pose you are lying on your tummy. You are supposed to grab around each ankle and pull up so your body is now bent like a bow.

When I grabbed MY ANKLES I could grab around my ankle without effort and when I pushed up to be in that bow shape I could lift my legs and torso higher than I have in some time! It was actually effortless.

If you’ve never taken a yoga class you probably can’t appreciate this post much. However, overall my body moved so much more efficiently throughout the class and it was an awesome experience.

I was watching the latest episode and at one point we find ourselves heading to Kelsey’s apartment in WARWICK??

I almost fell off my treadmill!! No wonder she is doubling down on harassing Rosie about her house. NO ONE LIVES IN WARWCK LOL!

Warwick is home of Ocean State Job Lot (no shade to OSJL love them), strip malls and every chain restaurant you can think of. It’s so not glamorous at all. It’s way far away from the beach or ocean front, or anywhere like that.

I’m not trying to be bougie but seriously,
WARWICK KELSEY??? She has absolutely no business saying anything to anyone about where they’re living especially Rosie!! (North Kingstown is much nicer for sure) Just Yikes!

During the sit down meeting Angela and Shemea were really slinging it. Poor Angela didn’t even get to try the salmon kabobs!!

In my opinion Angela won the day with this one, “I NEVER LAID ON MY BACK TO GET ON MY FEET BABY”

I’ll be using that one in the future for sure!
