Who do you blame for the Yi City Tragedy?

SPOILERS ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The poll is rather a question of who really ALLOWED xue yang to commit the crime and contributes to the tragedy the most.

Obviously the Yi City Tragedy wouldn't have happened at all without xue yang that's why he's not included. I'm curious of what people think. This is based on a debate I had with a friend.

No school, no emails and my own moss hammock.

Is there anyway that my panda corydora would've been completely eaten in the span of 2 weeks

I went on a 16 days vacation, before I had 5 corys, now I have 4.

I have a heavy planted 60l rectangle aquarium with 1 male betta fish (non agressive), one snail and about 15 shrimp. I had a rough ride back home, the first thing i did was a big water change. I didn't even bother with a water kit check as everything seemed fine. My dad was supposed to check the tank when i was gone. Check the temp, feed them ect. This is what happened through the week I wasn't there

- All the fishwere fed once during the first week and twice during and at the end of the second week.

- The area where I lived got hit with a severe heat wave for a few days. The water temp was 30C* for 3 days before the heat wave went back. (I had a fan pointed at the tank, as I feared something like could've happened. I had to wait the situation out, if I told my dad to cool down the tank with ice cubes in a plastic bag, he would've probably just throw in plain tap water ice cubes into the tank and killed the whole system)

-my dad reported no weird behaviour, no gasping at the surface, no super cloudy water. No dead fish.

- my mom however who came back before me from vacation reported that she has also seen only 5 panda corys.

-when i came back the water was slightly cloudy but nothing concerning. After the water change I'm still getting some biofilm.

- I have a lot of baby shrimp. Like a lot considering the fish tank was on a fast majority of the time.

-the plants didn't really know much

-the fish are the same size as i left them. Not skinnier but not fatter either.

The question is, should I worry? Should I keep on looking for the remains of the fish? Or go to a pet store and buy a diffrent 5th panda cory.

Have I ruined my university choices with my HLs? ( aiming for finance, business, data, economic and alike. )

HL: Eng, His, Geo

Sl: Math AA, Pol Lit, ESS

To start off I know my bachelor choices do not set under the same category. I'm very flexible when it comes to my future career as long as it does something to do to with analysing and management.

I plan to aim at VWU vienna, TUM and other universities in Munich.

But I've heard the tum and over all universities prioritise Math a HL.

Is Math AA HL really this important? We have a pretty horrible teacher at my school for both Math AA sl and HL and the exam grade average was 1.9 I. Sl and 2.9 in hl. No one managed to get a grade above 5.

I'm not the sharpest at Math but so far I manage. zI mainly didn't choose HL because I believe it would've crushed me.

I really want to get into communism but it icks me out how many people support Stalin, I don't understand it, can someone explain?

(THIS IS BY NO MEANS ANTISOCIALIST, I just want to be educated 😭)

To start off I've mostly got introduced to socialism through tiktok, and recently I've started reading The Communist Manifesto.

But it shocked me how many people support Stalin especially on tiktok. I am of Polish origin and I was raised in an anti communist extremist envirement. I understand that Stalin industrialised Russia and successfully fought off Nazis but that does not exclude the fact that he did unleash mass slaughters all around Poland such as Augustów and Wołyń, he severely neglected parts of Poland and led to massive inequality among Poles. Just because he raised the life quality in Russia and other regions doesn't justify his neglect of others.

I try to be historically oriented but there's a massive gap between what Polish history provides and what more socialist leaning history provides I simply don't know what or who to trust on sources.

Arw those bugs bites or lack of potassium?

I have a few snails in my tank. 1 Betta fish 5 Cory's and about 20 shrimp. I use micro and macro fertilizers. I recently added co2 but this has been an ongoing problem for like two months.

Did my Betta nip his fins?

If so how to stop him from doing it?

I have a bunch of resting spots for him, and I only have a Betta cave that's from plastic and a Betta hammock filled with moss.

Tank:

60l

Heater and filter

Heavy planted

Amonia 0

No2 0

No3 20mg/l

5 panda Cory's and 20 shrimp.

First two pictures are present and the third and forth picture is how his tail looked like in the past

Is this fin rot, fin nipping or something else?

Is this fin rot, fin nipping or something else? And what could've caused this?

Tank: 60 l heavily planted. Heater and filter, low flow.

Water parameters: amonia 0

No2 0

No3 20mg/l (it's stable like this)

1 male Betta fish

5 panda Cory's

20 cherry shrimp.

I have a Betta cave and a Betta hammock.

My Betta often stays on the substrate (looking for food to steal from the coryfish) or wedging himself between plants. His behaviour hasn't changed. Yet he seems to have ripped bottom fins into spikes. One of the spikes is red. But the rest of his fins are fine. The other fish's fins are also fine.

What to do? Kanaplex is not available in my country.

How hard is it truly to write an history HL EE

I'm starting the first year of my diploma programme after this summer and I've been thinking a bit.

English B is the easiest subject to write in EE in my school obviously but I've been really thinking about history lately.

I have a very specific topic about ww1 medicine that I could maybe fit into the extended essay? I get really obsessive about history. I read all the academic texts I can find, archives, websites and even email people related to those topics.

For this particular topic I have about 7ish checked academic research papers with 2 of them being in my possession as printed copies.

And about 470 pages of archives (photos, letters, news paper pages ect)

I have no problems with writing analysis essays or doing rigorous research. In my free time I write Wikipedia pages or upload my discoveries on whatever ww1 forums I can find.

It'd just feel like a waste to write an EE on a subject that doesn't interest me and do research when I have almost everything done in history.

How to get my Betta to like my finger outside the glass?

I've bought Piranha (my Betta) about 3 months ago. He was bought from an aquarium alongside 5 Cory's he lived with. I can only guess people tapped the glass and spooked him because he seems to dislike my hand outside the glass.

If I put my finger on the glass he'll swim away, but when I walk over and don't show my hands to him, he swims up to me always, and sometimes follows me around when I'm working around the aquarium.

I can't seem to even train him to associate the finger with food. He won't eat if he sees my finger OUTSIDE the aquarium. But he's completely fine with my whole hand inside his tank.

Weird white blob with a shell on top identification

I recently found more and more of these in various sizes (most of them are tiny) on my tank walls.

Are they pests? Should I try to kill them or leave them to be?

I squished one with my finger and it 'cracked' so I'm assuming the black thing is a shell of some sort.

Should I leave the snails and the hairs on the plants? Or will they kill my plants?

When I was away I didn't feed my fish, and no one else fed them.

I have light on for 8h a day with a 8W light.

I have active soil as substrate

1 Betta, 5corys, 7 shrimp.

60l

Temp 24/25C

u/annonymous_art — 4 months ago

I have about 7 translucent shrimp in my tank. At first he followed them around when he saw them but he's never been aggressive towards them. Eventually he lost his interest but I think it's maybe because he can't see them that well?

I'd like to get cherry shrimp, blue shrimp or golden ones. Maybe another 7 of them? But I'm afraid due to their vibrant colour my Betta might hunt them.

I have about two handfuls of moss in my tank. One handful on the side and one handful in-between tall stem plants in the back. My tank is also heavily planted with a few hiding spots.

My aquarium is 60l,

Temp is 24/25C

1 male Betta fish, 5 Cory's, 7 nano shrimp

I have a bit of carpet plants.

Active soil as substrate
