I have a heater (200W, 8A) controlled by a digital temperature controller. I want the controller to turn on or off depending on the state of a fan. Is it best to use a relay on the power input to the controller, or is there a better way to achieve this?

I want to power a 24V, 200W heater using a power adapter through a temperature controller. My original plan was to use an XT60 connector. However, the power adapter came with a male barrel connector, and the heater wires themselves look fairly thin.

Would it be better to stick with the XT60 connector, or could I safely use wires similar in size to the heater wires, connect them to the temperature controller and a female barrel connector, and plug that into the power adapter?

I want to send an international small parcel. It needs to be 90cm in total. The item is tubular not rectangular but the tube postage is substantially more expensive. Can I send it as a parcel as long as it meets the 90cm limit?

I have a chromecast with 4K but it lags and games are unplayable. My TV is hisense and the hdmi port I use is capped at 4k@60hz. However, for the stream I use 720p@60hz, even with bitrate as low 10. Do anyone have success using this device?
