Is there a tool to help with getting mushroom powder into capsules? [actives]
I am grinding up some of my mushrooms and wondered if there was a tool to help make the process of putting powder into pills a bit easier

Noticing mild blue growth on my grow. Throw out or keep? [actives]
What is this? There are still lots of pins and mushroom growth occurring. Should i dump it all out or keep growing? I did use a rolled up piece toilet paper and poked the area and no blue appeared on the paper

I had a nerve injury a while ago and am still recovering and dont feel stable enough yet to do aya directly but felt really pulled to pursue possible paths where i can sit with a shaman who can speak healing icaros to me

Does this look too dry? [actives]
Is the very white areas normal? It is dewy but on the very white parts it is not. I am seeing some sporadic pinning beginning yesterday. I have been fanning a couple times a day and misting. Not sure if it is necessary though since i have micropore on side of top

Ramana taught the spiritual heart was ultimate seat of soul, does Kriya also support this?
For example Yogananda teaches cosmic consciousness is attained at sahasrara point, yet ramana teaches the hridayam is seat of self located to the right of the physical heart. Ramana states when kubdalini reaches sahasrara it should ultimately come down again finalize and complete in the spiritual heart. How are these teachings reconciled?
