I am so frustrated. I signed up for a new 2 year term with Rogers/shaw 5 days ago. Was promised all the same channels and my crave subscription etc. Finally received my new router today and after install sure enough, over 50 of my channels are gone. No crave. No tlc. No kids channels like YTV/treehouse. No CNN/Fox/BBC. No Hollywood suite. I’m so angry because I cannot talk to anyone, waited on the phone for 2 hours and was disconnected. Now I’m in cue online and there is 140 people in front of me. The agent lied, I had him confirm 3 times that my channels will be the same. Yet so many channels are missing, and I’m paying MORE than my last term with less included.
Am I able to cancel this and how do I get ahold of someone? If I’m stuck with this or have to pay even more for the same services as before that’s not fair.

Signed up for a new TV/Internet package today after mine expired. Agent promised all the same channels and internet speed. When I log in to MyShaw account, it appears to show all of my previous channels and subscriptions to Crave and Disney+. I am confused as the agreement they sent over is missing my crave subscription as well as some channels we frequently watch from the list (like the Hollywood suite movie channels). But they have also added a Netflix subscription to the agreement which does not show on myShaw.

So my question is do new Plan changes take effect immediately? Or will I expect to lose access to these missing channels not listed on the new agreement and my crave subscription? I am currently still able to access crave and the channels which are not listed on the agreement so I’m very confused!

Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? I was on vacation for three weeks and just came back on Tuesday and took my closet off of vacation mode. Since then, I am not able to successfully list anything, I am only able to select the photos and I get the little “processing” pop up and then… nothing happens! It never goes to the next screen. I really want to get back to selling but nothing is working, I don’t think my account is restricted as I made a couple of sales yesterday and my listings are visible and getting likes. I tried uninstalling the app as well. If anyone knows why this is happening please help! I spent too much money on vacation and need to start listing new stuff to replenish my bank account 😭

hi everyone, at the end of the month I have a trip planned to visit germany, italy, croatia, slovenia and bosnia. I have a digital etsy shop that i would like to keep open while on vacation however i have read about a lot of horror stories about people having their etsy shops shut down while visiting certain countries. it's my understanding that bosnia is on the list of countries that etsy does not do business in, so i'm concerned that my shop will be shut down if I do this. does anyone have any advice on what i can do to prevent this from happening? or should i just take the financial hit and put it on vacation mode for the 3 weeks that i'm in europe? any insight is appreciated!
