4-7 day east coast fall trip

My husband and I are wanting to see some east coast fall foliage! Planning for the second week of October. What are some towns and routes you would suggest? We want a laid back, cozy fall vibe with good food, cute towns and beautiful views. Plan is to fly in and out of Boston and rent a car. Definitely want to do Maine for some lobster! Mystic CT looked very cute as well. I also thought Salem would be interesting. My husband likes history. I would maybe like to look at a couple antique stores, but not a must. A light house would be nice. Any ideas on the sweet spot for how long to stay? We are from AZ and I’m a whimp with cold 🥶 so maybe not too long of a trip or more indoor activities. Any advice is so appreciated! I’d love to see some pictures :)

Will there be “This kingdom will not kill me” leftovers/damaged copies?

So I waited on this one since moonlight book box was doing their own edition and I have a subscription to them as well, and …… I don’t like it all. Instant regret of not purchasing from TBB. Do you think I should skip and hope for TBB to sell damaged copies or something? Or should I just keep the moonlight edition so I at least have a signed copy? I’m leaning towards skip and am considering canceling the moonlight romantasy subscription. They are coming out with a fantasy sub in 2027 so I got on the waitlist for that (like number 1750 😬) , they mentioned some heavy hitting authors for the new fantasy sub. It would be an every other month subscription too, so easier on the wallet. Any thoughts? Haven’t seen many mentions of the future moonlight subscription and wanted to see if others had signed up!

3.5 years TTC and never a positive pregnancy test

Started trying to conceive at 27, tried naturally for 1.5 years, 3 failed IUIs and 1 failed FET. 1 egg retrieval, 1 euploid and 1 mosaic remaining. Very low AMH, likely diminished ovarian reserve. Husband has quality sperm. I have never had a positive pregnancy test. I tested positive for the receptiva test, so suspected silent endometriosis. I had a polypectomy before my IUIs. Lupron injections for 3 months prior to failed FET. I have done the ERA test as well to determine the ideal cycle timing with progesterone. Embryo transferred was 5BB, used embryo glue and did a neupogen wash. I would assume I am having implantation issues since I have never once received a positive pregnancy test? I have no idea what to change for my next cycle. Any ideas or advice? I don’t want to do the same exact thing and expect a different result but I’m not sure what can be done. My lining was very thick, even on lupron, so I don’t think that is the issue. Should I increase the lupron dosage? They had me decrease it two weeks in after bloodwork. My estradiol dose was 2mg 2x a day I believe. They did not have me increase to 3x a day due to the bloodwork showing good estrogen levels. Prophylactic doxycycline for 5 days, leading up to transfer. Any advice is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼 I always want to go into my dr appointments well informed so I can advocate for my protocol. They see so many patients, I think we all just blur together. It often feels like if I don’t specifically know to ask for it, it won’t be brought up as an option.

July teaser

Horror, dungeon, hell, desert, medieval themes? Any thoughts? Skip or keep? Spoilers in comments I’m sure, so be warned.

I have been on Lupron for three months, never missed a dose and had my dosage lowered after blood work looking good about a month in. I went for an ultrasound today and my right ovary was showing activity 😭. Haven’t gotten the blood work back. Has anyone else had this happen? I never got a period or anything. But I have felt some ovulation type symptoms which I thought was weird since everyone else seems to have horrible lupron symptoms, and I was feeling pretty good. Super upset to most likely have another set back to transfer.

Do you think TBB will do an edition of The Sword of Kaigen since they did Blood over Brighthaven? Page and wick has an amazing edition but its resale is so out of my budget. I missed out on Blood over brighthaven too 😪 put off reading it and didn’t think I would be such a fan! Just pathetically hoping over here. I’m spending so much money on books already, I can’t justify dropping $500 for two books 😅 throw in project Hail Mary while we are at it to make it over a $1000!!! I’m glad people are valuing their books but the FOMO is real. I have completely fallen victim to this marketing scheme and can’t drag my way out 🙃
