Leather strap idea for Edo purple?

I working with a leather craftsman. This is what I have in mind what you guys think?

[Watch Collection] need a daily driver recommendation

I just gotten a GS for event and meeting purposes.
However was thinking to get something subtle and not flashy. I’m a sales profession. Any good recommendation? Mainly using Apple Watch Ultra daily, which I’m planning to use just for workout for future.

Any different on the watch glass?

Was thinking to get my very first GS. Considering the quartz model.

The sapphire glass. In person they both look very similar. But on paper the SBGX357 mentioned it dual-curved…

I’m new to GS. So hearing some feedback. Short listing between these two
