for those who have used amitriptyline and had success how long until it fully worked for you and what milligram thanks!!

how long should I really stick amitriptyline out to see if it’s going to work for me and if the side effects went away I took it before for a week and had increased heart rate that made me the most nervous honestly and I had some suicidal thoughts, but I was also extremely anxious at that point in my life and depressed. I’m doing better now, but I am looking to try nerve medicine for urinary issues and vulvodynia.

trying to find the cause to my vagina pain.. had my results come back from juno bio

lactobacillus crispatus 80.2%

lactobacillus Jensenii 15.58%

lactobacillus 4.07%

Phocaeicola vulgatus .15%

and that’s it which I was expecting more but anyways, is this CV or no? Says my lactobacillus is 99.85% type 1

got my results and look good but doesn’t help me figure out my vaginal pain posting it in comments

got my results back today and it looks good but doesn’t explain my problems now, seeing new drs so praying they help , I also have urinary pain and pressure with this that makes my vaginal pain much worse .. idk why I have a digestive probiotic in my microbiome tho 🤔
