Witnesses needed: Hit-and-run involving bicyclist on 156th Ave NE near Microsoft Building 40 (Aug. 5 @ ~2:30 AM)

I'm hoping to find anyone who may have witnessed a hit-and-run that seriously injured my younger brother early this morning.

Around 2:30-3:00 AM on August 5, he was riding his bicycle southbound on 156th Ave NE, alongside the east side of Microsoft Building 40 in Redmond, when he was struck from behind by a vehicle. The driver did not stop.

Because he was hit from behind, he never saw the vehicle, so we unfortunately don't know the make, model, color, or any other identifying details.

My brother is a white male in his mid-20s with dark brown hair. He was riding a black Hoverfly bike with a white headlight mounted on the handlebars and was wearing:

  • Black T-shirt
  • Blue jeans with a large rip above the left knee
  • White sneakers with a black top-panel and white shoelaces
  • Black helmet with a flashing red light on the back
  • Orange backpack with teal trim

He suffered multiple broken bones in his face, broken teeth, a broken hand, and a minor brain bleed. Thankfully, the brain bleed is under control, and he's since been discharged from the hospital, but he has a long road to recovery with multiple surgeries necessary.

A police report has already been filed with Redmond Police.

If you witnessed the collision, have dashcam or video footage from the area between 2:30 and 3:00 AM, remember seeing either my brother or a vehicle leaving the scene, or even hear someone mention being involved in or witnessing this incident, please contact Redmond Police at (425) 556-2500. If you'd rather reach out to me first, feel free to send me a private message.

I've attached images showing the approximate location where the collision occurred.

Even the smallest detail could make a difference. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Balancing Optimization with Raising?

I’ve been playing casually since launch but recently got into more optimization. I’ve used RaenonX for the past 3 weeks and it’s recommended the same team each time based on my current Pokémon.

I have a few other Pokémon I’m wanting to raise up that require shared sleep sessions to evolve, but I’m not sure of the best way to approach that without significantly stunting my ability to find new sleep styles. How do you find the right balance? Any tips? I’m open to more long-term strategy ideas.
