I know officially they should be removed. But I read some stores are more relaxed unless senior staff come in.
How many managers allow clear retainers or blue plasters over? I have an interview with two new nose studs that will for sure close up if removed.

I am a 32 yo 171.5cm woman who weighs 203lb. I have been trying to eat healthier, workout and roughly track calories for a good 2 months now (1500 average) I wasnt weighing myself / get super strict over weighing food as I have past EDs and didnt want to go down that route, but after seeing no results I did a few days ago and cried at my weight as my BMI is obese. So I decided to lock in.
I have done two 24 hour fasts in a row, with a 800 calorie neal high in protein and fibre at the end, very tracked (weighed out) . I know 2 days ia nothing but the scale has movesd UP a pound. I m.so disheartened already. I just want to get down to 180 by september :( I have lost significant weight counting calories roughly in the past, so I know it works but this time feels different..any thoughts?
