My dumb-ass bought the white one. It gets dirty asf. Using the CleanGR Sneaker cleaning kit but I'm not really happy with it

So I am 21M and one of my friends who is a woman 23F was over for the night as we had a whole movie night planned.

We used to do this pretty often before with some of our other friends before the group fell apart except for me and her.

So anyway she wanted to watch Jojo Rabbit, and Jojo Rabbit was not on Netflix. It was on Hotstar.

I did not want to buy a subscription for watching one movie so I told her let's have some snacks or watch reels till the movie downloads.

It was all going good till she saw me open ThePirateBay to download the movie. The website I download literally every media from.

I have a Netflix subscription because my friend left it logged in on my TV.

She first was like she has to leave, so I was like, "Oh, what happened?" because it was kinda out of nowhere.

First she was like she has some work and I said no problems because we can watch the next weekend or anytime later.

This was when she started crashing out, She first said "I don't think I want to support what you just did right now"

I was so dumbfounded because I always treated her with respect like I treated everyone entering my flat.

I was going to sleep on the couch mattress while she got the bed too after the movie unless we kept watching more movies.

Well turns out, she absolutely hated me using PirateBay because I am hurting the artists by pirating..

I was kinda pissed but more confused because the streaming services genuinely suck balls in terms of supporting artists, which is what I told her.

Then she started attacking me, how no woman will ever date me, how I am a criminal and should be locked up for life because I told her about how I have never paid for any media in my 21 years and there's nothing wrong about it.

She started comparing what I did with literal rpsts man.

And then it went to bodyshaming, which is the ONLY thing I am insecure about.

I tried to tell her my code of using the internet but she just called me a pathetic loser and just left.

I like to believe I am a man of good moral values, I have never hurt or never will hurt anyone, male, female or others.

I just have one code that is to not buy something that I won't be able to own, so I never buy subscriptions or games unless I can find the DVDs of the movies/music/games.

I have a big DVD collection but I am not at home because I am living in a 1BHK flat for college.

And I like to believe what I am doing is contributing to the future of Internet freedom of expression and information.

What really got me was the whole "All Women are going to hate you no matter what, you are a thief in my eyes"

TLDR; my friend basically called me an evil criminal because I don't believe in paying for subscriptions

I am so tired of Linux based distros because I cannot play Valorant and use Photoshop and Microsoft Office.

I think a January 2027 release would be better so that we get GTA 6 on the Switch Lite and the PS4.

I am also okay with May 2027 if they port it to the OUYA

My college made us all install this spyware slop to mark attendance in the morning and evening cuz it's apparently mandated by nmc.

I usually won't care about it but this slop is accessing my location more than Life360.

It needs us to keep our location permissions to be set to always and not when you open the app.

I have been daily driving a Pixel 9 for a while now, like 2 months almost.

The phone is like pretty goated except this, almost every time I am walking there's some form of action happening, Flash is on or the camera. Worst case is the whole emergency dialer.

I don't wanna disable touch to wake as I am very used to that coming from an iPhone 16 prior.
