Apologize if i miss flaired this.

Anyway, I've been using Steam to play black ops 1 zombies. The only maps I've done so far are kino and five.

That said, literally every game i have played has had bad connection problems. I can't tell if it's my internet, my computer, or it's something with it being the game itself

So is og zombies that bad in terms of connection? Or is it just me?

After years of being in and out of the fanfiction community ive decided im gonna give writing fanfiction a shot. And i mean like consistently writing fanfiction, not just half assing it

Now i understand that people's worst fic is usually their first one because they are inexperienced at writing and i really dont want my first story to be that bad because im trying to be passionate about what i write. So i decided for my first fic (as well as a few after that one) to be some random idea's i had that im not overall passionate about. This way i can practice my writing skills and when i feel they are good enough i can start genuinely writing what i want

Problem is, i just dont care to write that stuff. The idea's might be good sure, but im not interested in writing them. So then i thought 'why not start with what your passionate about and write that?'. I would but i wanna make sure its good, so i feel like practicing my writing first.

So im kinda at a standstill. Either A I wirte stories i really dont care to write and once my writing has improved i can start writing what i wanna. Or B I can start writing what i actually like and run the risk of writing being sloppy and even if i improve over time my beginning work will be something im gonna regret not having it at its best

What should i do?

I plan to start actually writing fanfiction at some point soon but knowing ill cringe at my past writing is kinda putting me off. Like i know people do it and i kinda have an idea why but its still off putting to me. So i wanna ask here how others feel about it
