What's a "boring" tool that ended up being the highest-leverage thing you added to your store?

Not talking about anything flashy, just curious what unglamorous thing (an app, a process, a habit) quietly made the biggest difference once you added it.

For me it wasn't the exciting stuff, it was the boring plumbing that saved the most time.

What's the one metric you check first thing every morning?

Curious what other store owners actually look at daily.

I used to check everything and it was overwhelming, now I've narrowed it down to a couple of numbers that actually tell me if something's wrong.

**What's on your list?**

What's one thing about running a store nobody warned you about?

Started my store a while back and the thing that's surprised me most isn't the product or the ads, it's how much time goes into stuff nobody talks about: customer emails, small site bugs, chasing reviews.

Curious what caught other people off guard when they actually started.
