













My whole family were thin teens, I’m 17 and slowly gaining weight. I used to be extremely underweight, but now I’m only slightly. I don’t have eating issues I just have weird genetics, my whole family were underweight as teenagers. You used to be able to see my brothers ribs, but after 18 he looks like a normal guy.
Every therapy session my therapist tells me id benefit from CBT, but she never actually makes a difference. Today I asked why and she told me that unless I gain weight, she’s not going to put me in. And I see a regular dietician who gives me protein shakes and supplement smoothies. I keep telling her I don’t have issues with eating and that I’ve always looked like this, but it’s like she doesn’t believe me. And she’s holding back something she believes will help me, over something I can’t help
